My name is Jeremy Strong, CEO of Invoco Telecom. Founded in 2002, we are a provider of cloud-based telephony solutions for small businesses based in Bromsgrove but offering service nationwide.
Our leading edge technology, tailored solutions and outstanding hands-on customer support means that our customers can focus on what they do best…running their businesses, not spending time and money worrying about their telecom infrastructure.
The advent of cloud technology means that it is possible to do so much more with phone systems than ever before and there is a wealth of information and business intelligence available for business owners, from detailed analysis on how productive your telesales teams are through to measuring return on investment for your marketing activities through call tracking. And all of this data can be shared by many other mainstream cloud applications, whether it be a CRM system, time tracking application, trouble-ticketing system, etc. This can be achieved whilst at the same time reducing our customers overall spend by 40% on average compared to a traditional phone system. We’ve also launched broadband as part of providing a one-stop shop service for our customers.
We were awarded the ‘Most Loved Telecom Company’ of the year in 2014 and 2015 and Best Customer Service at the NWBusAwards 2019.
