Vikki Strong

My name is Vikki Strong, Sales Director at Invoco Telecom. Founded in 2002, we are a provider of cloud-based telephony solutions for small businesses based in Bromsgrove but offering service nationwide.

Our leading edge technology, tailored solutions and outstanding hands-on customer support means that our customers can focus on what they do best…..running their businesses, not spending time and money worrying about their telecom infrastructure.

The advent of cloud technology means that it is possible to do so much more with phone systems than ever before and there is a wealth of information and business intelligence available for business owners, from detailed analysis on how productive your telesales teams are through to measuring return on investment for your marketing activities through call tracking. And all of this data can be shared by many other mainstream cloud applications, whether it be a CRM system, time tracking application, trouble-ticketing system, etc. All of this can be achieved whilst at the same time reducing our customers overall spend by 40% on average compared to a traditional phone system.

We were also awarded the ‘Most Loved Telecom Company’ of the year in 2014 and 2015 and Best Customer Service at the NWBusAwards 2019

Nicky Ayers

I’m Nicky, Sales & Marketing Executive with Ecl-ips. I have been with the company now since November 2014.

Ecl-ips are dedicated to providing leading edge solutions with excellent aftercare. We enable customers to utilise Intelligent Monitoring and Asset Management tools that increase efficiency, maximise business up-time, and protect their assets whilst providing a safe working environment.

Jo Till

I’m Jo Till, Director of GTAccess Ltd I work alongside my husband Jonathan who is the founder of the business & CEO. I have worked for the business since 2000 starting on the floor as an Administration Assistant, and working my way up. Since then I have worked on the Hire Desk, Accounts Office, Payroll, HR & Marketing Department so I have a broad range of experience within the company. I am now working on expanding our Training Department and spreading the word about our Fabulous Company.

We are a leading independent access company with our Head Office based Worcestershire. We have 4 other depots in the Midlands & offer a Nationwide Service employing over 75 Full Time Staff, from Apprentices to Managers.

I first attended nwbl about 4 years ago whilst still employed as we were looking to expand our network.
