  • We will provide insight into the current skills landscape in England
  • We will demystify the concept of ‘workforce planning’ with an emphasis on role vs skill
  • We will explore FREE tools to help you ‘get ready’ to develop the team and a plan your future workforce
  • We will explain the Skills Boost grant available to Worcestershire residents

This event is for business owners, HR Managers, Training Managers and those responsible for people. Essentially everyone!

The event will be informative and action based with an opportunity for building relationships and a light lunch. We will also be announcing the NWBusAwards 2024 finalists.

This is a collaborative event between North Worcestershire Business Leaders, Make Strides Learning & Development, Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership and Worcestershire Growth Hub
