Matthew Lock -the founder of Outliers Wellbeing, will discuss the evolution of wellbeing and the differences between strategies and perks. What makes up a wellbeing strategy? Who should lead it? How much should be offered? All of this will be explored. There’ll be key takeaways for participants with the talk delivered in a light and interactive nature.
